Yes, cartoon and chibi-style figurines are available. WJP full-color resin is well-suited for vibrant, saturated cartoon aesthetics — high color saturation and smooth surfaces translate very well to that style.

That said, there is an important distinction in likeness accuracy:

• Cartoon / chibi style — features are artistically exaggerated and simplified. Likeness similarity is approximately ~60%; you recognize the character archetype, not a precise facial replica.
• Realistic portrait style (our core specialty) — we invest significant manual sculpting time in facial geometry, skin texture, hair detail, and clothing. Likeness accuracy reaches ~95% — people who know the person recognize them immediately.

Revisions are unlimited and free. We actively encourage precise, specific feedback — "please narrow the bridge of the nose slightly" or "the jawline should be a little softer." We maintain patience until you are completely satisfied.

Once you confirm your design proof, WJP printing, polishing, and quality inspection complete in 3–5 working days. International delivery then takes approximately 6–9 business days. We recommend building in 2–3 weeks total for any date-sensitive gifting occasion — and up to 30 days during peak season (Nov 1 – Dec 31).

If the physical figurine you receive shows a significant, objectively verifiable structural or color discrepancy compared to the 3D digital proof you personally approved, we remake and reship it to you at no cost. No forms, no argument.

Pet memorial figurines receive some of our most careful artistic attention. Our Digital Sculptors study your photographs to capture each animal's unique posture, expression, and coat characteristics. The pet and the person are sized independently, using two different methods:

• Pet — sized by the longest dimension of its actual pose, the same rule we use for every pet figurine whether standing, sitting, or lying down.
• Person — final sizing is based on their actual proportions in the 3D model for the pose selected (crouching, kneeling, etc.) — not an equivalent standing height. As a guide, seated poses keep about 75% of standing-scale height, kneeling about 70%, crouching about 50%; these are estimates only. This is reviewed with your photos before modeling begins — if your pose needs special handling, we'll reach out by email to confirm before we start.

If you'd like the person's pose to visually match a specific standing-scale height, let us know in your order notes — we can discuss sizing up during photo review.

We have calibrated our sizes specifically for cake proportions. See our Size Guide for a visual reference:

• 12 cm — Ideal for intimate weddings or smaller 1–2 tier cakes.
• 15 cm (Most Loved) — Engineered for the classic 6-inch top tier of a 3-tier cake. Proportions designed to show off fine lace detail.

Yes. For the most accurate result, we strongly recommend providing a photo of the person actually wearing the uniform or gown. Asking us to invent clothing drape and body fit from a casual photo significantly increases revision rounds and may incur additional custom modeling fees.

We don't include a base or engraving by default, and we don't proactively bring it up — if your order calls for one, our customer service team will follow up by email to confirm the details.

A standard base up to 5mm thick is included within your figurine's total height and can carry a short engraved inscription (we recommend keeping it under 20 characters). A base calculated independently of the total height, thicker than 5mm, or in a custom/special shape is priced separately and confirmed by email before we proceed. Either way, any base or engraving you choose will appear in your 3D digital preview for your approval before printing.

Anniversary commissions are our second most popular scenario. Consider these options to make it truly memorable:

• Recreate the outfit from a meaningful moment — first date, engagement, or vacation.

• Portrait Bust — captures the face from shoulder upward at greater facial detail intensity. Preferred for executive portraits, memorial commissions, and cases where facial likeness is the primary goal.
• Full-body Figurine — captures the complete person: posture, clothing, footwear, and proportions. Preferred for wedding cake toppers, anniversary gifts, and occasions where a complete moment in time is being preserved.

Choose a Bust to honor someone's face. Choose a Full-body to immortalize a specific moment.

1. We apply pixel enhancement and restoration techniques to the original photograph.
2. Sculptors manually reconstruct missing detail — hidden profile angles, ear structure, hairstyle — with careful artistic judgment.
3. The 3D preview allows you to provide feedback until the portrait feels right.

We cannot promise perfection from a single photograph. We can promise that every pixel is approached with complete respect for the person being remembered.

A full refund is available any time before the order enters the Modeling Refinement stage. Once our sculptors have begun your model, you can still cancel, but the modeling fee already committed is non-refundable:
